We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager located in North America or Canada to help us identify and close new client opportunities. This is a commission-based role to start, with strong potential to grow into a core revenue leader.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound channels including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and network referrals
- Identify decision-makers in target industries and set up discovery calls with internal team support
- Understand client pain points and pitch tailored AI solutions
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Collaborate with our CEO and technical leads to prepare proposals and close deals
- Attend virtual events, webinars, and North American networking opportunities to boost presence
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, AI, or software consulting
- Based in the U.S. or Canada, with a solid understanding of the local SMB or mid-market landscape
- Skilled at cold outreach, discovery, and relationship-building with business decision-makers
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation and excited by uncapped earning potential
- Familiar with sales tools like Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar
- Bonus: Experience selling custom software, digital transformation, or AI/ML services
